BuildSellSecure is committed to making our website and courses usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
1. Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a target for this website and our course materials.
2. What we provide
- Captions and transcripts for video lessons.
- Readable color contrast based on our design tokens, with body text set in a dark neutral rather than a light gray.
- Keyboard-friendly navigation, visible focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, and semantic headings.
- Descriptive filenames and alternative text for meaningful images.
- Downloadable checklists and workbooks as selectable text rather than images-only.
3. Known limitations
Some third-party tools and embedded players may not fully meet AA criteria. Where we identify a barrier, we work to provide an accessible alternative or a downloadable equivalent. Certain fast-changing tool interfaces shown in lessons may change over time.
4. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@novexisapp.com with the page or lesson and a short description. We aim to respond within five business days and to provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
5. Continuous improvement
Accessibility is ongoing. We review new pages and course updates against our checklist and prioritize fixes that affect the most people.
