1. Submitting a takedown notice
Send a written notice to support@novexisapp.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
3. Repeat infringement
We may remove content and terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
4. Our content
All BuildSellSecure course materials, code, templates, video, and written content are owned by BuildSellSecure or its licensors. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing without written permission is prohibited and may result in license termination and legal action.
